Ms. Lu has accumulated extensive experience in the field of dispute resolution and has participated in many foreign and domestic litigation and arbitration cases, including but not limited to equity interest disputes, corporate control disputes, product quality disputes, construction project contracts disputes, unfair competition disputes, and reputation disputes. Ms. Lu also has extensive experience in compliance management, especially in compliance crisis response. She has provided clients with such services as compliance management suggestions, compliance system drafting, and review, etc. Together with her team, she focuses on compliance crisis response.
