Acting as agent of the Export-import Bank of China in several disputes arising from financial loan contracts, guarantee contracts and import & export bill advance, which have been successfully ruled in Beijing No. 2 Intermediate People's Court, No. 4 Intermediate People's Court and the People's Court of Xicheng District, and have been enforced;

· Representing Beida Jade Bird Company in a series of arbitration cases involving disputes over loan contracts (BEC);

Representing Lenovo (Beijing) Co., Ltd. and its subsidiaries in several arbitration cases involving contract disputes (BEC);

Representing Du in the dispute over the trust contract between him and Taoyun Capital Group Co., Ltd., which was a new typical case of deficiency obligation under trust contract in the background of New Asset Management Rules and won the victory, with the target amount of RMB92 million;

Representing an initial Company in the Dispute Case concerning Capital Increase Agreement between the investor and investor (BEC)

Acting as an agent in Beijing Hopu United Asset Management Co., Ltd. and Beijing Baoritong Pawnshop Co., Ltd. Dispute over Financial Consulting Agreement (CIETAC); and

Acting as the agent in a series of goods purchase contract disputes cases between Taizhou Donglian and its trading partners (CIETAC);

Acting as an agent in the retrial of the dispute over dissolution between Baofeng International Investment Co., Ltd. and Chengdu Fuli Panda City Project Development Co., Ltd.;

The amount of subject matter is RMB300 million for the financial loan contract dispute between the Contractors Bank Co., Ltd. and the Guohao Coalbed Methane Development Co., Ltd.;

Acting as an agent for Beijing Dejie Huitong Technology Co., Ltd. and Wanhua Industrial Group in a case concerning damages caused by preservation errors, with the amount of the subject matter of hundreds of millions of yuan;

Representing Ji X in the case of enforcement supervision with Shanxi Fushan Rural Commercial Bank Co., Ltd.;

Acting as agent for Schindler (China) Elevator Co., Ltd. in several contract disputes;

Acting as an agent in the case of objection to enforcement filed by Bank of Hebei and a company (the second instance of the Supreme People's Court);

Acting as an agent in the property preservation damage dispute case between Bank of Hebei and a company, the amount of which is billions of yuan (the second instance of the Supreme People's Court);

Representing a company with China Construction Engineering Contract Retrial Case of Construction Project Contract Dispute with China Construction Engineering Bureau No.2;

Representing an entrepreneur in a dispute over private lending between him/her and his/her partner or associated company;
